EMAIL SHORT-FORM DISCLOSURE
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void where prohibited. Contest ends August 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. One prize is available: a Mustang Survival shopping spree with an approximate retail value of CAD $1,500 for Canadian residents, USD $1,500 for American residents and GBP 1,150 for the residents of the United Kingdom. A random draw will be held on August 26, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A correctly answered mathematical skill-testing question is required for Canadian residents. Limit one entry per person.

SPONSOR
The Update Your Activity Preferences Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Mustang Survival Mfg., Inc., 7525 Lowland Drive, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, V5J 5L1 (“Sponsor”).

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on August 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Contest Period”).
The Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Contest. Entries received before or after the Contest Period are void.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, state or district of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, legal guardian, sibling, child, grandparent or grandchild, including step-relations, regardless of where they live.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES
By entering the Contest, each entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest.
The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest, subject to applicable law.

HOW TO ENTER
During the Contest Period, an eligible entrant must:
a. access the activity-preference form through the “Update My Preferences” link in the promotional email;
b. review, complete or update their activity preferences; and
c. submit the completed preference form as instructed.

Upon successful submission of the activity-preference form, the entrant will receive one entry into the Contest.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Updating activity preferences does not require an entrant to purchase a product, provide new consent to receive marketing communications or remain subscribed to marketing communications.

Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Contest Period. Subsequent submissions will not provide additional entries.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, automated systems or other unauthorized methods are void. Entries containing false, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information may be disqualified.

If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the entry will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. The “authorized account holder” is the person assigned the email address by the applicable internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The selected entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder.

PRIZE
One (1) prize is available.
The prize consists of a Mustang Survival shopping spree with an approximate retail value of CAD $1,500 for Canadian residents, USD $1,500 for American residents and GBP 1,150 for the residents of the United Kingdom.

The prize will be fulfilled as store credit, a promotional code or a merchandise order redeemable through the applicable Canadian, United Kingdom or United States Mustang Survival online store at mustangsurvival.ca, mustang-survival.co.uk or mustangsurvival.com, as determined by the Sponsor.

If the winner resides in the United States, the prize will be issued in the equivalent amount in U.S. dollars, calculated using a commercially reasonable currency exchange rate selected by the Sponsor on or near the date the prize is issued. Currency fluctuations may cause the actual U.S. dollar value to vary.

The prize may be used toward eligible, available and in-stock Mustang Survival merchandise. Product selection, sizing, colour and availability are subject to the inventory available through the winner’s applicable regional store.

The prize:
a. cannot be redeemed for cash;
b. cannot be transferred, assigned, resold or substituted by the winner;
c. cannot be used to purchase gift cards; and
d. cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless expressly permitted by the Sponsor.

Any purchase amount exceeding the value of the prize is the winner’s responsibility. Taxes, duties, expedited shipping costs and other expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize are also the winner’s responsibility.

Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited unless the Sponsor confirms that the store credit or promotional code may be used across multiple transactions. No cash or other compensation will be provided for an unused balance.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any portion of it, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

RANDOM DRAW AND ODDS OF WINNING
On August 26, 2026, the Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
One entrant will be selected as the potential winner.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries from Canada and the United States will be included in the same random draw.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their entry.
The potential winner must respond to the Sponsor’s notification within five (5) business days after the notification is sent. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility.

If the potential winner:
a. cannot be contacted;
b. does not respond within the required period;
c. is found to be ineligible;
d. fails to provide requested documentation;
e. declines the prize;
f. cannot accept the prize as awarded; org. otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

CANADIAN SKILL-TESTING REQUIREMENT
If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

A Canadian potential winner will not be declared the winner or awarded the prize unless they correctly answer the skill-testing question.

A potential winner who resides in the United States is not required to answer a skill-testing question.

TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any federal, provincial, territorial, state, district, local or other taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.
The Sponsor may issue tax forms or report the prize to the appropriate tax authorities where required by law.

PRIZE DELIVERY
The Sponsor will provide the confirmed winner with instructions for claiming or using the prize. The prize will be delivered electronically or arranged through the applicable Mustang Survival online store within a reasonable period following winner verification.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because the winner provided incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information.

PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used to:
a. administer and operate the Contest;
b. verify eligibility;
c. contact and verify the potential winner;
d. award and deliver the prize;
e. prevent fraud or misuse;
f. comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
g. otherwise carry out the purposes described in these Official Rules.

The Sponsor may share personal information with service providers, administrators, professional advisers and other parties that assist with the administration of the Contest, subject to appropriate privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Activity preferences submitted through the form will be associated with the entrant’s Mustang Survival customer profile and may be used to personalize the content and marketing communications they receive.
Entering the Contest does not provide new consent to receive marketing communications and does not affect an entrant’s right to unsubscribe or change their communication preferences at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available here, and applicable privacy laws.

PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Sponsor and its authorized representatives to publish or use the winner’s name, city, province, territory, state or district of residence, statements regarding the Contest, and general prize information for Contest-related advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.
Any use of the winner’s photograph, image, voice, video or likeness will be subject to additional consent where required by applicable law.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, service providers, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from or relating to:
a. participation in the Contest;
b. acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize;
c. unauthorized human intervention in the Contest;
d. technical, network, electronic, hardware, software, internet or communication failures;
e. late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or incompatible entries or communications; or
f. errors in the administration of the Contest or processing of entries.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights that may apply under provincial, territorial, state, district or federal consumer-protection laws.

TECHNICAL FAILURES
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or malfunctions affecting telephone networks, internet connections, servers, service providers, computer equipment, software, email systems, websites or online forms.

The Sponsor is also not responsible for entries or notifications that are delayed, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible or not received because of technical problems, spam filtering, an entrant’s email settings or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Proof that an entrant submitted information does not constitute proof that the Sponsor received an eligible entry.

ENTRY CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION
The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who, in the Sponsor’s reasonable determination:
a. tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Contest;
b. uses multiple identities or email addresses to obtain additional entries;
c. submits false or misleading information;
d. attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Contest;
e. acts in a disruptive, abusive, threatening or fraudulent manner; or
f. violates these Official Rules or applicable law.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may violate civil or criminal laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, human error, public-health restrictions, natural disaster, legal or regulatory requirements, or another cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the security, integrity or proper administration of the Contest, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, subject to applicable law.
If the Contest is terminated before the scheduled closing date, the Sponsor may select the winner by random draw from all eligible entries received before the termination or disruption, provided it is fair and legally permissible to do so.
The Sponsor will not modify the Contest in a manner that materially disadvantages entrants after the Contest has begun, except where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its control or to comply with applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights or laws applicable in an entrant’s jurisdiction of residence, disputes arising from the Contest or these Official Rules will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction located in British Columbia, Canada.
Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of mandatory consumer-protection or other legal rights available in their province, territory, state or district of residence.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed if necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

NO WAIVER
The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

WINNER INFORMATION
Where permitted by law, the winner’s first name, last-name initial, city, province, territory, state or district of residence may be made available after the winner has been confirmed.

CONFLICT WITH PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
If there is an inconsistency between these Official Rules and any abbreviated disclosure, advertisement, email, social media post or other promotional material relating to the Contest, these Official Rules will govern, subject to applicable law.
